Returns & Exchanges

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your tracking number. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Underwear & Nightwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Swimwear with removed hygiene liners
